Terms and Conditions of 10 day return policy for Eyeglasses and Prescription Sunglasses

The product must be shipped back with all of the manufacturers original packaging and with all accessories, including its case and cloth. If the product is not returned in its original condition, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange. You will receive 100% of monies paid back for the frame providing if is in good condition. You will receive 50% of monies paid back on all lenses and/or add ons. These are custom orders and can’t be resold.

Terms and Conditions of 10 day return policy for Contact Lenses

The product must be shipped back with all of the manufacturers original packaging and with all accessories. Contact lens outer pack should be sealed, incase packaging is worn out or torn we shall not refund the product. These would be acceptable only if they are in unworn condition. Eyeglasses powerand contact lens power differ and we shall not be responsible for wrong power selected by customer. Buyer is to pay for return shipping. Shipping charges will be deducted and the rest of the money will be returned.

However, if we’ve made a mistake with your order, then we will happily offer a refund of all costs, which also includes money spent on postage and packaging.

Note : You can request for Refund within 10 days of receiving the order. Contact Lenses can only be refunded, not exchanged.

Once the product is reached to us in its original condition, refunds will take 5-10 days to appear in your account.
